Not. John Mang Ling....in the political leader section, first representative from chin state.

There is no such name John Ning Ling or John Mang Ling. But Pupa Matlei (John Mang Tling in Lai)who was a Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affair with the U Nu Goverment. He was from Dawlei Village of Maraland.
